How much work is required from my staff?

WIW tries to make the day as easy as possible for you. You will receive a printable flier prior to the portrait day that will provide a link and QR code for parents to prepay. We bring a list the day of, and work from that. Parents can pay the day of if needed, but we ask that the minimum number are signed up prior to portrait day.

You will likely need to designate someone to make sure classes are brought down for their portraits in a timely manner. Some schools like to provide a dedicated staff member to make things even smoother, but this is not required.

What types of events do you photograph?

Weddings, corporate events, conferences, parties, milestone celebrations, fundraisers and more. If you don’t see your event type listed feel free to reach out!

How long will you stay, and what does coverage include?

That depends on your event. Coverage ranges from a 2 hour function to a full wedding day. We’ll agree on the hours and key moments beforehand so nothing is missed.
