Affordable Pricing
High-quality childhood photography shouldn’t be a luxury. Whether you are a small Montessori school or a large-scale daycare center, we provide every family with high-resolution digital files and professional print options that they will actually want to hang on their walls.
Each participating child receives a 5×7 print (mailed to the school for distribution) as well as 3-5 digital images. Parents have full rights to download, print, and share their images as they wish.

How much work is required from my staff?
WIW tries to make the day as easy as possible for you. You will receive a printable flier prior to the portrait day that will provide a link and QR code for parents to prepay. We bring a list the day of, and work from that. Parents can pay the day of if needed, but we ask that the minimum number are signed up prior to portrait day.
You will likely need to designate someone to make sure classes are brought down for their portraits in a timely manner. Some schools like to provide a dedicated staff member to make things even smoother, but this is not required.

Is there a minimum number of students required?
WIW strives to be available to smaller schools. but due to travel and print costs there is a minimum.
Schools within 41-75 miles have a minimum of 40 students, and schools that are 75+ miles away have a 45 student minimum.
While we don’t have a strict minimum for local Virginia schools, we typically find our service works best for schools with at least 15–20 students.

Why do you charge in advance?
Due to travel costs, and the time spent on portraits, parents do pre-pay. They receive the 5×7 print and typically receive more than the 5 promised digital images.
We’ve never had a parent request a refund, and have actually offered refunds one or two times on our own if a child did not seem ready for the big feelings of portrait day!
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Galleries are typically delivered via email within 3 days of Picture Day. Parents can download, print, and share their galleries as they wish. They can print directly from their galleries, or print them elsewhere – it’s up to them!
The 5×7 prints typically arrive to the school within 2 weeks (this depends on printing and shipping times).
